Help us identify vacant properties
The Vermont Housing Needs Assessment has indicated that there are thousands of vacant and/or underutilized residential properties throughout the state. We believe that through identifying these properties and working with the owners to identify solutions to bring these rental properties back into the active rental market, we can contribute to addressing the housing gap in Vermont.
If you have a vacant/offline property or know of such properties in your community, register them with us so that we can seek to connect with you or the owner to understand the reason/s that these units are offline and help identify a solution to bring them back to market.
