Partners in Housing is made up of Housers, Wrappers, Supporters, and Government - all working to break down the siloes and collaborate to increase the amount of safe and healthy housing in Vermont, quickly and efficiently.
Who are the Housers?
Citizen developers, renovators, property owners, landlords. We’re the folks that provide 80% of the residential rentals in the State of Vermont.
Who are the Wrappers?
Non-Profits, Community Based Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, Social Service Organizations, government agencies and authorities. We represent our clients in their pursuit of safe and healthy housing, through client education and support to connecting with Housers to staying housed through tenant development.
Who are the Supporters?
Bankers, lawyers, realtors, property managers, contractors, and the trades. We are in the mix from vision through to long-term tenant occupancy.
Who are the Government partners?
From Federal funding and policy to State legislation and programming to local community City Hall partners, we’re high-altitude to hands on.
